Indore rural ADM Nidhi Nivedita conducted a surprise visit to Mhow tehsil office and examined the SDM and Tehsil offices.
The ADM inspected the attendance register, e-governance, tour programme, assurance list, appeal register, land acquisition, process register, record passbook RBC 2 (1) sub-section 22, departmental enquiry, diversion cases, RBC 6 (4), RTI, PGR CM helpline complaints, record room cases, criminal cases limit register and caste certificate and its entry in record room.
later the officer had a meeting with the Mhow police officials and addressed SDOP Mhow Ashok Upadhyaya, TI Mhow Chandrabhan Singh Chadar, T I Badgonda Hitendra Singh Rathore, TI Kishanganj Amritlal Gawri and T I Manpur.
She instructed the police officers to keep the village crime book (VCB) upto date review Goonda list, keep a vigil on PPl and on externment, regular conversation and meetings should be done with poll parties and police should associate and communicate regularly with the villagers of Mhow Tehsil. The mobile numbers of police officers should be displayed on the main roads of gram panchayat, nagar panchayat and town area and also at the schools and colleges.
With respect to election the ADM reviewed particularly absent shifted dead (ASD) list, appointment of BlO and Supervisor, assessment of new polling booth and a reviewed the proposals of 22 new polling booth which was sent by Mhow local administration and infrastructure at polling booth. SDM Mhow Pratul Sinha was instructed for necessary action, SDM was instructed to give FAQ to election supervisors and take a stock of their work every Thursday, entries on ERO net and BlO net was also reviewed.
