Ayodhya Nagar police have booked a woman and her mother for assaulting her husband and abusing. A woman along with her mother beat up her husband and not only this, he also removed the CCTV footage installed in the house to erase the evidence of the incident.
The businessman, Brijesh Singh alleged that in his absence, his wife along with his mother-in-law and father-in-law broke the lock of the house and occupied the house. On the complaint of both the parties, the police have registered a case against the husband on a complaint by his wife and another case against wife on a complaint by husband.
Brijesh lives in Gopal Nagar, is a construction material supplier ballast . He said that he and his wife have a dispute for past three years. His wife had demanded Rs 40 lakh for divorce. He has also made a house of his own in the name of his wife. Due to lack of money, he refused to divorce. When he reached home at around 3.30 pm on Thursday, his wife, mother-in-law and father-in-law were breaking the lock of the house.
On asking why they are breaking the lock take the key but angered by this, they started beating. The wife grabbed the color and the mother-in-law pushed hard. This also resulted in injury to his chest. He informed dial 100 and even after the arrival of the police, his wife and mother-in-law did not agree. The police brought everyone to the police station. The police have registered a case against both the parties under sections of abusing, assault and threatening to kill.
Brijesh said that he does the business of rate and ballast. There are two plots in Ayodhya Nagar named after him. Also there is a duplex and flat. In this, he sold a plot to his wife, while the house in Gopal Nagar of Piplani was given in the name of his wife. They were living in the same house. He was thrown out of the house on Thursday.
Brijesh told that his wife had filed a divorce case against him in the court in the year 2018. Since then many cases have been registered against him. In the court, a demand of Rs 40 lakh was made against him in lieu of divorce. She wanted to get Duplex in her name.
