Miscreants targeted a house at Amaltas phase 3 and escaped with valuables worth lakhs of rupees on Friday; Chunbhatti police said victim had gone for work in the day during which burglars targeted.
Police said that the victim Vivek Tiwari had gone to work and when he returned valuables were found burgled.
The victim in his complaint stated that he had gone to work and when he returned locks were found broken and house was ransacked.Victim approached police and lodged a complaint. Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under sections 454 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
After checking the valuables victim found that laptop and gold jewelry worth lakhs of rupees were burgled. Police suspects that the burglars were aware regarding the whereabouts of the family and committed the burglary when the family was away.Meanwhile, valuables worth over Rs 1.5 lakh and cash Rs 40000 were stolen from Sharda Nagar Lambhkheda under Eithkhedi police station area on Friday.Police said the victim Susheela Sharma found that gold and jewellery were stolen from room.
In her complaint the victim stated that she lives at Sharda Nagar and returned on Friday and found that a gold necklace, gold bangles and Rs 40000 cash were found burgled. Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of IPC .
