Staff Reporter

Hogaya Na Dimagh Ka Dahi' is a common phrase that is used to refer something that makes no sense. like its name, the movie also made no sense to the audience. Even after one week of its release, it is unable to grab the audience's attention leaving the theatre halls featuring the film empty.

Directed by Fauzia Arshi of Bhopal, the film features comedians of five generations. From the veteran Kader Khan to Rajpal Yadav all the fine actors were casted in the film, but the lack of concept and with the weak script it could not make it big at the box office.

The Pioneer talked with some of the viewers to know their reaction. One of the audience, Ajmal Khan says, "I never expected that this movie will come out as one of the irritating comedy." Another viewer Saransh Gupta said, "Rajpal Yadav was the one to make me laugh at some points. Otherwise I didn't find it too good. For me it's just an average movie."

The movie is a satire in the comedy genre. It's a story about relationships where life's mantra can be taught through experiences. The plot is tailored around the Tom and Jerry concept having five Tom's and three Jerry's in the movie, preying each other's life.

The characters in the movie are put into complicated yet humorous situations where they run, chase, and fall and again get-up in life and in doing so they understand life.

Om Puri, Razak Khan, Rajpal Yadav are seen as the pillars of the movie making it one time watch somehow. The limited one liners and a limited stock of jokes made no sense in the movie. Also the pace of the film is terribly slow making the boring at some sections. In a nutshell, according to the audience the film does not stand up as a comedy film.
