With Shivraj Singh Chouhan taking oath for the third term, both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday created history of forming Government for the third consecutive tenure.
The swearing-in ceremony was held at Jamboree Ground in the presence of galaxy of saffron party leaders -- including party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and party patriarch lK Advani. Senior leader of the Shiv Sena and Shiromani Akali Dal also attended the ceremony.
At around 12.15 pm, Madhya Pradesh Governor Ram Naresh Yadav administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chouhan.
