Security guard of a private college was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at Misrod. The incident came to fore after the victim reported stomachache and later after examination at hospital she was found pregnant; a case of sexual assault was registered by Misrod police.
After the victim was examined at a private hospital, it was found that the girl was 8 month pregnant. On this, she narrated the ordeal to her parents and subsequently, an FIR was registered against the security guard. Family of the victim lives in Jatkhedi near the college and the accused deployed as security guard with RKDF College also lives in the neighbourhood.
The victim is a student of class 7 and told the police that she was raped thrice by the accused and warned her not to report the incident to family and threatened her of life. She was sexually assaulted for the first time on July 5, 2015 and later she again faced atrocity twice.
The accused hailed from Morena and used to live at Jehangirabad. The gate of the college where he was deployed was near the victim’s house.
After death of victim’s father she used to live with her mother and two younger brothers in Jaatkedi. The accused used to target the victim after her mother woud left for work.
The police have registered a case under section 376 of the IPC and section 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act- 2012.
Police said that the crime record of the accused would be searched and his involvement in crimes of same nature would be investigated. The accused was produced in the court and was sent under judicial custody.
