On the directive of the State Government, Pravesh Utsav will be held in all schools in the State under School Chalen Ham Abhiyan on June 16. Admission of all children in schools will be ensured on Pravesh Utsav. Parents and members of school management committee will be invited to the event. Children will be welcomed by applying tilak and given sets of text-books. Prabhat Pheris will be taken out in localities where slogan and song on School Chalen Ham will be chanted.
Other activities will also be held. School Education Minister Paras Jain has urged people to send their children to schools for Pravesh Utsav and ensure success of School Chalen Ham Abhiyan. list of class VIII students available on Samagra Portal will be used for admissions. On admission forms, all schools will obtain parents’ Samagra ID, Aadhar Card, bank account number, IFC Code and mobile number. Responsibility of class-wise entry of students’ record will rest on drawing and disbursing officers. They should enter information about all students admitted in high and higher secondary schools till July 31 in records.
