Online applications have been invited from guest lecturers against vacant posts in Government colleges from August 10. Secretary of public participation committee in colleges has fixed deadline till August 19 to complete prescribed process.
Information in this regard and link for online applications are available on Departmental website www.highereducation.mp.gov.in.
The applicants will be registered only for an educational division as per the changed procedure. The applicants will have to upload all documents on the portal at the time of registration.
Candidates having eligibility in two or more subjects will get registered only in a division. Provisional merit list of registered applicants will be displayed on the portal for total transparency.
Applicants’ documents will be available in public domain. Objections will be sought on provisional merit list. Only those candidates, against whom objections are prima facie accepted, will have to get verified documents from the lead colleges of the district.
They will have opportunity to get redressed the objections. After that final merit list will be displayed on Department website/portal. The list will be accepted for the session.
Fixation of minimum educational eligibility, criteria, weightage, sequence in preference, marks for experience, weightage to reserved candidates, etc will be decided according to the guideline and its section 3 and sub section.The application process will complete in three phases. Registered applicants will have to submit college preference within deadline on the portal in each phase.
Options for college will be available as per the maximum number of vacancies. The entire process will be carried out on the basis of merit and preferences given by the applicants.
Applicants will have to join the college in case of the first preference allotted to him or her. And, in case of rejection, she or he will not be able participate in the next phase.
Subject and college-wise vacancies in educational divisions will be available on the Departmental website.
