Cold weather conditions were witnessed in the past two days and would witness change in the next 3-4 days due to good moisture incursion induced by a system over northern Chhattisgarh. Cold conditions would be witnessed for the next 3-4 days in the state and state capital.
Weather conditions would change with the day temperatures dipping slightly and night temperatures with slight increase. The rainfall and thunder showers would dip the temperatures in the next 3-4 days but cold weather conditions would not attain harsh levels.
Early morning hours are witnessed with haze and cold conditions and the same pattern is witnessed in the late night hours.
Warning of medium fog in the next 24 hours has been issued by Met department. The regions which would witness fog are Gwalior, Morena , Bhind, Datia, Tikamgarh, Panna and Chhattarpur.
Met department official told that rainfall and thunder shower would be witnessed in isolated areas on Monday due to moisture incursion in eastern part of the state which is induced by a system in northern Chhattisgarh region.
City recorded day temperature at 27.4 while the night temperature was recorded at 12 degree celsius, Indore recorded day temperature at 27.3 degree celsius and the night temperature was 10.6 degree celsius, Gwalior recorded day temperature at 26.2 degree celsius and night temperature at 13.3 degree celsius. Jabalpur recorded day temperature at 28.7 degree celsius and night temperature at 14 degree celsius.
The normal weather conditions would be attained after 7-8 days and the pattern would remain in the absence of system in the nearby regions.
