Ayodhya Nath Pathak, former Director General of Police of Madhya Pradesh, passed away here on Friday morning following a prolonged illness, his family said. He was 75. Pathak, who hailed from Bihar, was the DGP of the state in 1997.
The last rites were performed at Bhadbhada crematorium on Fridayevening. A number of eminent citizens remained present during the funeral.
