If you concentrated only at your work than corruption, weakness and deficiencies cannot stop you to become successful. Fix priorities of your work and move forward by choosing right persons and resources, success is sure, said renowned Management Guru, writer and orator Ramcharan on the second day of an International IMA conclave after being honoured with ‘IMA lifetime Global Excellence Award’.
He said that in the primary phase of success clarity and determination is much needed than needed resources. It has different steps. First of all clarity and specialization is need, it should be decided that in which direction we have to move. After that right person and proper resource should be selected so as same may be used timely. Things do not end here. After completion of the work whatever results we receive that should be reviewed. Follow through of the same should be taken it means that results should be assessed so as better results can be obtained in next time.
laying stress on technology and system which according to him are more important than investment, Ramcharan said that when you start any work than you have to face so many hurdles. It is true that success gets affected by corruption, but if you concentrate only on your work, even corruption cannot stop you to become successful. It is not only India all the nations are facing problem of corruption in their own way. Therefore it is important to get success in your work in any condition. I am a supporter of FDI and believe that in the present trend India do not require investment of FDI, but it requires its technology and system.
Scenario of the country will change with the new technology, system and experts. People are doing business therefore they will be affected with transformation and economy will improve. In today’s era there are many youngsters who are interested in establishing their business or industry instead of doing jobs. I support them because economy can only boost with business and industry.
