On the pretext of providing help in a fraud case, a Jaipur based jeweller’s wife was sexually exploited by Assistant Inspector General of Police (CID) of Bhopal; a case of sexual assault has been lodged with the Jaipur South Mahila Police.
In the complaint the victim has alleged that a case of fraud against her husband was lodged with Nasrullahganj police in Sehore district. She contacted Madhya Pradesh CID and informed AIG (CID) Anil Mishra who assured her help in the case after which the victim came to city and provided money to Mishra. Along with the money Mishra sexually exploited her. later Mishra took her to Indore, Jaipur, Rajasthan and Jodhpur where she was sexually assaulted by the officer.
The complainant woman has also alleged that she has provided lakhs of rupees to AIG Mishra but he had only exploited her. The police have registered a case under section 376 and 384 of the IPC.Jaipur police have contacted Madhya Pradesh police for further investigation.The victim is a resident of Shanti Nagar of Jaipur and her husband in the business of provided gold loan. He owned a showroom in city which witnessed a burglary worth corers of rupees.
After few days of the burglary few people from Sehore lodged a complaint with the Nasrullahganj police regarding fraud. In the complaint they alleged that victim’s husband has not returned gold ornaments even after the loan was repaid.Police have decided to verify the details mentioned by the victim in her complaint, before taking further action.
