Two electronic voting machines (EVMs) of Bhojpur Assembly constituency which comes under Vidisha lok Sabha constituency were found defective during randamisation at Raisen District headquarters, official sources said.
leaders from various political parties were also present during the randamisation that began on Saturday. Congress District Secretary Brijesh Chaturvedi, who is looking after on behalf of party candidate laxaman Singh, said that they lodged complaint with the District Returning Officer and after which both EVMs were segregated. The randamisation will continue till April 17, sources said.
