Unable to pacify younger brother from assaulting mother, a 15-year-old boy was murdered by his elder brother at Mother India Colony in the night on Monday.
The police have arrested his elder brother on the charge of murder.
The elder brother told the police that the younger brother was beating mother and when he tried to stop her, he was not ready to give up. Enraged over the act he hit the younger brother with a glass bottle which caused his death.
According to the information, Bishan Chindalia alias Rider (15). Bishan reached home in an intoxicated state around 8 in the evening. He first beat up the neighbors. After that he started beating his mother.
Spotting the chaos, elder brother Kishan Chindalia intervened. On this Bishan started beating him too and with the help of people, Bishan was locked in a room but he continued to create ruckus.
At around 10 he went to his elder brother sitting in a neighbour's house. Bishan picked up the stone lying nearby and hit it in the head of the brother. Enraged, the elder brother attacked him with a bottle of liquor lying nearby. In the attack, Bishan suffered severe injuries on his hand and back. Bishan was left in an injured condition and later he reached home around 3 in the night. The family took him to the hospital where he died during treatment.
Accused was arrested for murder and started further investigation.
