Executive Director of MP Power Management Company limited (MPPMCl) (HR and Administration) Ravindra Dwivedi was honoured on his retirement after successfully serving the company for 38 years on Wednesday.
The Managing Director of MP Power Management Company Sanjay Kuamar Shukl felicitated Dwivedi and provided shawl and memento.
On the occasion, Managing Director Sanjay Kuamar Shukl said that Executive Director Ravindra Dwivedi had taken important decisions during his tenure at Human Resources department and praised his tenure which was dutiful and passionate.
Ravindra Dwivedi expressed gratitude of the support provided by the department during his tenure. His credited his success to the guidance of officials and support by employees.
In his tenure Dwivedi detailed report of fringe benefits and liabilities related with respect to sixth pay commission, relief in provisions for power companies under gratuity act -1972, categorisation of information based on importance, managing manual for contractual based employees and revised compensation appointment for all power companies, delegation of power, designing of new organizations, third high pay scale, super-session of new appointment company coder employees, solution to common points under discom coordination committee, cases which were abrogated under rules and provisions for the first transfer scheme -2003 were done.
