Election Commission of India has displayed on its website a list of persons disqualified after being held guilty of failing to submit details of election expenses. The list can be seen in judicial reference tab of Election Commission's website www.eci.nic.in. list of Madhya Pradesh contains 179 persons' names.
The Commission has directed Chief Electoral Officer to provide lists of disqualified persons to all returning officers with announcement of Vidhan Sabha elections. The list contains names, addresses of concerning persons, date and duration of disqualification.
