Public Health and Family Welfares department Principal Secretary Praveer Krishna said that the demands of medical officers have been approved by health department and cabinet but still why they are protesting it is not known.
The conflict among the office-bearers of medical officers association has resulted into the mass leave causing trouble to patients. The department had not received any prior notice about the strike and action will be taken against absent doctors according to ESMA.
