Staff Reporter

The difficulties of Govind Singh Rajput, close to Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Revenue and Transport Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government may increase. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against Minister Govind Singh Rajput and his wife. The matter in which the petition has been filed is about 6 years old.

The petition has been filed by the son of the person whose land was alleged to have been grabbed which is more than one crore. Not only this, the land owner has also been missing for about 6 years, whose son has made a complaint to the court to present him before the court.

The case pertains to the year 2016, when Minister Govind Singh Rajput was accused of usurping a land adjacent to his college located at Tili , Sagar.

This land belonged to a person named Mansingh Patel, who used to grow vegetables on the land and nurture his family. The cost of this land has been told as Rs 1.11 crore, it is being told that Cambridge School was built on this land.

When Mansingh came to know that the land was in the name of Minister Govind Singh Rajput, then Mansingh had applied to Tehsildar and City Magistrate. Then in this matter Govind Singh had also accepted that he did not know how Mansingh's land got in his name. After this, the matter of calling Mansingh by Govind Singh Rajput came to the fore to settle the matter.

Mansingh complained about this in the month of May in the Civil Line police station, but before any action could be taken on his complaint, Mansingh suddenly went missing in August 2016. After Mansingh's disappearance, his son Sitaram Patel lodged his missing complaint with the police, after which more than 6 years have passed, but Mansingh has neither returned home nor been found anywhere.

Now the wife of Mansingh's son has alleged that she is receiving death threats from Minister Govind Singh. Every two to four days, two to four people come and threaten that if you go somewhere with a complaint about this matter, you will lose your life.

After which now Mansingh's son Sitaram has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Govind Singh and his wife and has also demanded that his father Mansingh be produced in the court.
