The evening filled with spiritual and devotional songs left the audiences mesmerized here on Monday. A devotional musical evening was organised at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum.
Marking the fourth day of ‘Shruti Shrinkhala’ renowned bhajan singer Kirti Dubey gave a marvelous performance. The audiences were totally enthralled with her performance. As she began the series of devotional songs, the audience listened to her with rapt attention and appreciated her singing.
Notably, Kirti performed with her troupe on Monday at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum. She performed under Shruti Shrinkala, an event organised to observe the festival of Navratri.
Kirti Dubey is the disciple of renowned classical singer Girija Devi. Moreover, it was a spell binding experience for those who listen to devotional songs as the riyaaz was clearly seen in her singing.
She began her singing with a devotional song in the praise of lord Ganesha. She then performed a bhajan on goddess Durga Jai Jai Durga Mata Bhavani. She performed the bhajan in Raga Durga. She always brings innovations in his performance keeping the essence of spiritualism alive.
Her performance was then followed with Durga StutiJai Jai Jag Janani, which made the audience feel the ambiance of devotion.
It was a tuneful and melodious evening for the Bhopalites as they witnessed the most refined bhajan singers live. Whatever the genre, Kirti present her vocal skills wonderfully which creates an impact over the listeners. Kirti is a pioneer in devotional songs, earthy geets, ghazals, film music and folk music.
The clarity in her voice makes the all genres more melodius and an impact indelible. Her performance was more like a feast for the classical music lover. Her performances took the audiences into mesmerizing heights of ecstasy.
