Sensation prevailed at Unhel area after a youth and a minor girl committed suicide by consuming poison after eloping due to oppose of their marriage; two recorded a video before committing suicide, said police.
The girl was from superior caste than youth and two were in relationship for the past one and a half year, Bhairavgarh police have started investigation.
Police said that a youth and a minor girl were rushed to hospital by a youth identified as Chetan who was friend of youth identified as Nitin, the two died during treatment.
The bodies were sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Initial investigation revealed that deceased Nitin eloped with his minor girlfriend the two reached a hotel at highway, had food and later consumed poison. The two reached Nitin’s friend Chetan’s house where girl fell unconscious after which Chetan informed their parents.
Police said that the two were taken to district hospital where after checking doctors claimed their condition to be critical and referred them to private hospital.
In the evening on Monday two eloped and after some time committed suicide.
The family members were not ready for the marriage which was seen as reason behind the suicide and would be investigated.
