Two-day programme of Corporate Quality in association with HRDC on ‘Root Cause Analysis-RCA’ for Executives from various sites and sister units was inaugurated by MS Kinra, GM (Quality). Amitabh Dubey-AGM (HRD),
DC Bhalla AGM (CQ) were also present on the occasion. Total 28 participants are attending the programme.
DC Bhalla, AGM (CQ) briefed about the programme and RCA concepts to be covered. Amitabh Dubey, AGM-HRD welcomed the distinguished guest GM (Quality), and address the participants. He appreciated the programme and insisted on learning as much possible as the participants can.
MS Kinra, GM (Quality)- welcomed all the participants and said quality is built in to the product from concept to commissioning. He emphasised the need of quality in all the products and expected that we have to be passionate with our products and ‘look for a day when we don’t need RCA’.
He said that quality is not a formality and accident but it is an assurance and inspection process. He insisted that, our focus should be on manufacturing error less product in first time.
Umesh Kumar Savle, Sr Engineer (HRD) compered the programme and also proposed the vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal on Monday bade farewell to Dinesh Kumar, General Manager (Hydro) on his transfer to Hydro Transmission Business Group, New Delhi. Kumar started his career in Hydro Division BHEl, Bhopal and is now one of the renowned engineer of the country in the field of Hydro Engineering.
Yugandhar wishing him on his transfer highlighted the contribution extended by him in the field of Hydro. He also said that along with expertise in Hydro Turbine Engineering, Kumar has achieved expertise in the entire division and has headed various institutes.
