A control room has been set up at the office of the Chief Electoral Officer here for smooth conduct of Vidhan Sabha by-elections in Vijayraghavgarh, Bahoriband and Agar constituencies in Madhya Pradesh.
The control room will ensure all necessary arrangements through coordination with district election officers, returning officers, sector officers and polling parties. Deputy Chief Electoral Officer Roohi Khan will be in-harge of the control room from 8 am to 4 pm, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer CP Nigam from 4 pm to 12 midnight and Deputy Chief Electoral Officer SS Rawat from 12 midnight to 8 am.
