Cong prez writes to lok Sabha Speaker over alleged misbehaviour of BJP MP

Staff Reporter

Raged over the alleged misbehaviour by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) parliamentarian Subash Patel, Congress’ State president Arun Yadav has written a letter to lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. He in the letter  complained about the misbehaviour of the BJP parliamentarian with the leader of Opposition, Bala Bachchan, during a programme in Barwani on Saturday.

Through the letter, former central Minister and State Congress President Arun Yadav has told that the incidences of the misbehavior of the parliamentarian have risen. The Government had invited Bachchan in the state level tribal conference at Barwani. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Central Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste were also present during the conference. Bachchan was kept away from addressing the people during the programme but anyhow when he went to address the gathering, parliamentarian Subash Patel misbehaved Bachchan. His mike was also shut down in order to prevent him from addressing the people as he wanted to throw light over the harsh realities of the area.

Yadav further stated that CM Chouhan showed no concern for the leader and remained seated. Patel has stopped Bachchan from addressing the people in front of the Union Minister and Chief Minister. State government has no respect for the leader of opposition and other leaders that is why Chouhan has disrespected the leader during a public event.

Yadav urged Speaker Mahajan to seek answer from the parliamentarian and to take action against Patel. He said that Indian politics is famous across the world for its high values. BJP leaders and parliamentarians are giving a bad name to the history by such incidences. Strict action should be taken against the parliamentarian so that no parliamentarian could misbehave like that in public event.
