CM's Corruption Scheme not failed, says Singh

SR

All schemes have failed in Madhya Pradesh, except one- the Chief Minister’s Corruption Scheme,” said leader of opposition Ajay Singh targeting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government on Wednesday.

Singh said this while inaugurating the jan-jagaran yatra (public awareness campaigning) of Congress leader and former TTTI chairperson Mahendra Singh from Anna Nagar locality in the State capital.

“We can see everywhere in Madhya Pradesh an urge to get free from the BJP government. After Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Karnataka, now the people of Madhya Pradesh would kick BJP out of power,” Singh said addressing the party workers on the occasion.

“Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has formulated several schemes to befool the people, but implementation of these schemes is zero on the ground. This BJP Government has completely failed to implement the Central Gvernment schemes including employment guarantee act, national rural health mission, sarva shiksha abhiyan, urban renewal mission, agricultural schemes and several schemes for welfare of the poor in the state,” Singh said.

“The only thing which has been done by the BJP Government is that it tries to get false praise by renaming the Central schemes as its own. The truth is that BJP now stands for Bhrashtachar Janata Party. Corrupt politicians hold the reign of government and the state has become capital of rape, malnutrition, illegal mining and anarchy in the whole country,” Singh alleged.

Singh also expressed hope that the yatra launched by Mahendra Singh Chouhan will create a wave of change in favour of Congress in the State.

Senior Congress leaders including Bhopal district president PC Sharma and Congress state media department chairperson Manak Agrawal were also present apart from other party leaders and workers.
