CM was bold enough to order probe: Tomar

Staff Reporter

Union Minister for Steel and Mines Narendra Singh Tomar said that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took the daring decision of ordering probe into VYAPAM and now the guilty would be punished and the selection and recruitment procedure in the State would become faultless while the talent would get respect.

Tomar while talking to the media personals in Ujjain on Saturday said, “We are of the opinion that the BJP Government provided scientific base and certification to the selection and recruitment procedure in the State. But during the Congress regime work was done as per the will of Congress leaders due to that lakh of promising youths were deprived of their rights.”

Tomar further said that the decision given by Madhya Pradesh High Court in the past few days exposes the flaws of administrative style and political commitment of the Congress.

The High Court in its decision said that the way appointments were done without applications that should be canceled and within four months all such cases should be brought in the knowledge of the High Court.

This proves the allegations leveled by Congress on the BJP are actually the sins committed by it, he added.

The senior BJP leader from the State said that revolutionary initiative has started in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi due to which the round of spiraling prices has been contained, development has increased and when the world is passing through slowdown the growth rate of India is predicted to be ten per cent.

But this is very unfortunate that the Congress does not have any concern about the development of the country it is concerned only with the fact that if the country continues to make progress in every field under the leadership of Narendra Modi than nobody would take the name of Congress, he added.
