Police caught CID Inspector Siddharth Priyadarshan on Sunday night while drinking alcohol in a public place in MP Nagar. Angered by this, CID Inspector Siddharth Priyadarshan misbehaved with the policeman of MP Nagar police station, video surfaced on Sunday morning.
According to the MP Nagar police station, Siddharth Priyadarshan is TI in the CID branch of the MP police.
He was stopped by a policeman from the police station from consuming alcohol in a public place, which angered him and he misbehaved with the policeman. He was arrogant and not ready to mend his ways.
TI Sudhir Azaria said that CID TI Siddharth Priyadarshan (48), posted at PHQ Bhopal, was drinking alcohol while sitting in his Alto car in front of Axis Bank located at Press Complex around 11 pm on Sunday night. He was accompanied by two friends Shiv Singh and Mangal Singh. The policemen on patrol refused to consume liquor citing it being a public place. He was annoyed by this. He got furious and started misbehaving with the policemen.
On this, the policemen informed the police station and brought Siddharth to the police station. After coming to the police station, Priyadarshan started pushing and shoving policeman Khaitan Singh. The entire incident has been captured in the CCTV of the police station. The police have registered a case against the CID Inspector.
