Staff Reporter

leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh said that days of Chief Minister Shviraj Singh Chouhan are numbered due to which he has started using cheap publicity gimmicks. The State is witnessing lawlessness and CM Chouhan is unable to handle the situation which has lead to increasing public ire.

He was addressing Kisan Mahasammelan at Sitawas in Badwani during road show in Alirajpur. At the occasion former president of Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee Arun Yadav, Deputy leader of Opposition Bala Bacchan and MlA Surendra Singh Baghel ‘Honey’ were present.

Ajay Singh claimed that CM Chouhan has sensed that he would lose elections which has forced him to act pro-people and at this time he is also trying to embrace Uma Bharti and Babulal Gaur and to regain power he is ready to perform all kinds of gimmicks and consolidate his position.

For the past 15 years Swarnim Madhya Pradesh, Developed Madhya Pradesh, Kirshi Karman Award like dreams were provided to the people by CM Chouhan but the people of the state are aware of the reality.

The lack of providing proper price of crops to the farmers, insecure women and girls and rampant unemployment among youths are the prevalent problems in the state during this regime and under these conditions to regain the throne is impossible which has made the CM Chouhan to go pro-poor and now he has also started targeting votes of ‘backward classes’.

Those who used to blame Congress of adopting ‘Appeasement Policy’, are now taking decisions which will have far reaching harmful impacts.
