Chouhan has over-stepped limits of dignity, says Bhuria

State Congress has alleged that the speeches of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan during his Jan Ashirwad Yatra were against the dignity of the post he was holding.

MPCC president Kantilal Bhuria said, “The speeches of Chouhan during his Yatra are against the dignity of Chief Minister and reflects the increasing disappointment in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).” Bhuria further said that the people of the State were well aware of the fact that right from the beginning of his second tenure Chouhan had indulged in Mission 2013, by spending public money.

If given impartial look at the schemes and programmes launched by the Madhya Pradesh Government since 2008 were all tailor made for preparing vote bank for the BJP.  It was for the first time in the history of the State when all the resources of the Government were tapped for the interest of the ruling party’s election preparations, he added.

He said that it was a matter of surprise that despite doing so much Chouhan was nervous on the onset of elections. The recent speeches of the Chief Minister indicated that the increasing public support for Congress have made him worrisome and appeared that he was preparing to leave the ground, he added.

The senior Congress leader, a statement here on Wednesday, said that Chouhan now-a-day’s twisting his arms in public meetings said that from the side of BJP people would take on Congress in the assembly elections.

It was hard to believe that a person holding such a constitutional office talked so much bizarre in a democracy. Because the people whose impartiality could not be pointed and the Chief Minister by limiting people to a political party was insult to its impartiality and attack on dignity of people, he added.
