Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took an emergency meeting of police officers this morning on the heinous and heart-felt incident that happened with a daughter yesterday in Indore. Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena was present in the meeting held at the residence office. Indore officials virtually participated.
Chouhan directed that this heinous crime should be dealt with as a marked crime and the accused should be punished in record time. Evidence of crime and CCTV footage etc is available.
Such severe punishment should be given to the accused, so that fear prevails among others. Giving information about the incident to Chief Minister Chouhan, the police officials said that the accused was immediately apprehended by the police patrolling party. CM Chouhan directed Indore Police to be more vigilant and increase patrolling to prevent of crimes against women.
