A Chinese food festival is all set to woo the foodies of the city. The fest would take the foodies of the city on an extraordinary expedition to taste the flavorsome Chinese dishes.
The food festival based on the Chinese cuisine would be organised by heritage Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah Palace at its Barbeque lawn. The fest would begin here from Thursday.
More than 50 Chinese meals would be served during the four-day food festival in which the people would experience a taste of China each evening. Different welcome drinks, appetizing starters to wholesome main course to desserts would be served at the fest. The carefully crafted menu comprises spice laced food, succulently created from fresh ingredients keeping in mind a healthy nutritional balance and preserving the wholesome goodness.
Notably, all these mouth tingling delicacies are prepared by Chef Suman. While talking to the media persons on Wednesday, Chef Suman said, “The mouth tingling delicacies are created by our chefs. We have prepared eight regional dishes, from appetizing starters six Vegetarian and six Non-Vegetarian dishes to wholesome main course for the foodies of the city.”
While naming some of the veg and non-veg dishes, Chef Suman mentioned some mouth watering dishes. The vegetarian dishes include like Mushroom money bag, Broccoli, sweet potato balls, Dragon cottage cheese. Whereas, the non-veg dishes include Chicken winglet in oyster sauce, Pineapple and chicken skewers with soya honey sauce, Fried shrimp balls, Fish rice pepper wrap and more. The festival will continue till March 26.
