The young school students gave different look to their imagination at a clay modelling competition held on Friday. The competition was organised by handcraft department of Jawahar Bal Bhavan to encourage the children in art and craft.
As many as 40 children from different schools participated in the competition. It was amazing to watch that little artists creatively portrayed about such creativity wondrously. The competition was like an extravagance for the little artists and the spectators as well, as the little students have used their brilliance and wings of imagination blended with the perceptions and gave shape to it with perfect finishing.
The students actively participated in Clay Modeling and gave shape to their imagination and creativity. The students also participated in an enthusiastic manner wherein they created art pieces that were worth watching. The students took up different topics that suited to their age and imagination. Further the students were asked to create art pieces in a given time.
It is to be noted that all the students of handcraft and art and craft department are given regular workshops about clay modeling and the learning was clearly showcased in their pieces. The clay modeling competition was a continuum of creativity.
Some students not only gave away messages about freedom struggle but also created awareness through their art pieces.
Some raised the social issues while some created figures of Gods and some created the character of their favourite cartoon.
Each art piece was different from other, each piece was a wondrous piece.
