Special CBI Court, Bhopal granted bail to two government servants, arrested upon a raid conducted by the Bhopal unit of CBI in the CGST office of Bhopal.
CBI had registered a complaint under the Prevention of Corruption Act after which the said raid was conducted and made arrests of two CGST Superintendents Ankur Khandelwal and Chetan Saxena.
Advocate Vijay Choudhary and Vivek Choudhary had moved bail applications on behalf of the arrestees, which was decided today by the Special Judge CBI Rajendra Sharma wherein bail was granted to both the accused persons on a bail bond of Rs 50,000 each.
