A case of fraud was registered by Bagh Sewania police against a miscreant who rented the land of the victim to mobile companies for erecting mobile network towers and refused to leave the land. According to police, the victim Tajuddin was cheated by his relative Imranuddin after he refused to leave patta land near RRl trisection in the name of victim’s father. Victim lodged a complaint with the Bagh Sewania police and in his complaint the victim stated that the land is in the name of his father and when he found that the land was occupied by the accused Imranuddin. After he found that the land was occupied he told the accused that the land was in the name of his father but accused refused to leave. The police have registered a case under Section 420 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Investigation in the matter has been started and claims of the victim would be verified and accused would be questioned. Police have made no arrest yet and search for the accused to nab him has been started. The land is located near RRl trisection.
And the accused had occupied the land from the year 2012 and later he rented the land to two telecom companies to erect mobile towers. The companies have erected mobile network towers on the land.
Details of the agreement made by the accused with the telephone company would be investigated as it is possible that the accused had made forged documents to rent the land and earn money.
