The General Body Meeting (GBM) of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) was held here on Saturday at the BMC auditorium at Kushabhau Thakre Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT). The meeting was chaired by BMC Chairman Surjeet Singh Chouhan.
The meet sanctioned all the listed proposals except for the proposal for making rules for the public parks of the city.
The proposals that were cleared in the meet include concessional passes in the city buses run by BCll was cleared with amendments, to make available services of plumber, carpenter, electrician through Mayor express on just a phone call, calling tenders for the construction of Haat Market in Ghenhukheda at Kolar in compliance of chief minister’s announcement, calling tenders for shops constructed at ground floor and first floor of the multi level parking constructed at Sant Hirdaram Nagar and others.
