The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organisation unitedly stands with Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the Congress would not succeed in politicisation of the judicial system and the judicial process would not derail as per any Congress conspiracy, said BJP national vice-president and State organisational in-charge Vinay Sahastrabuddhe while addressing the mediapersons on Wednesday at the party’s State headquarters in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya campus.
Sahastrabuddhe said, “The misleading campaign launched by the Opposition is to confuse the people and is the new trick for saving the skin of those, who have been made accused in the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam.”Sahastrabuddhe further said that our only target is to ensure transparent investigation in the issue and get the guilty punished. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted on instructions of the High Court that is carrying forward the investigations in full certified and transparent way. The investigations are going in the right direction and we need to trust it, he added.
He said that we need to wait patiently for the completion of the investigations carried out by the SIT. We should let the investigations move forward by having trust in the judiciary, because the SIT is acting as a certified unit and is comprehensively investigating the issue in the direct direction. Politics should not come in the way of judicial process, he added.The senior BJP leader said that the issue of CBI probe of the issue has already been raised before the High Court and the High Court has said that the SIT investigations going on under its monitoring is going in the right direction. The BJP president and MP said, “The Chief Minister, by writing to the SIT to include all the points and issues raised by the Opposition Congress in the investigation, has taken the right step.”
