In the absence of rains, slight change in day temperature was witnessed in the city developing hot and humid weather condition on Tuesday.
The State and the capital would have to wait for one more week for good rainfall.
The monsoon would become active over the state in the next week which would induce good rainfall.
Day temperature was recorded at 34.4 degree Celsius in the city and recorded 1.6 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours.
The weather pattern of light rainfall, cloudy conditions and speedy winds would be witnessed for the next 4-5 days after which the changes would be witnessed in the weather pattern. A system is forming over Bay of Bengal and which would become active by the end of the first week of July.
In the month of June the city and several parts of the state received more than normal rainfall but the same would not be witnessed in the month of July as predicted by the Met department which claimed that in the month of July the rainfall would be normal.
