Controversial senior IAS officer and Secretary of Panchayat and Rural Development Department Ramesh Thete is once again in the limelight for writing another letter to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
This time, he has written against his senior colleague and also submitted a CD related to his conversation with his senior Radheshyam Julaniya.
Thele alleged that his mind is filled with casteism. Thete has targeted Julaniya regarding the distribution of work among them (officers). He in his letter wrote that Julaniya had said that the Minister Gopal Bhargav does not want him to give any work whereas the Minister refused saying it. On July 6 when Thete after taking permission from Julaniya started a meeting, Julaniya scolded him, he added.
