Under the chairmanship of the Executive Director, BHEl, Bhopal, AMV Yugandhar, the Plant Committee meeting has been held in BHEl, Bhopal. All General Mangers and members of representative unions HMS, INTUC and KTU were present at the meeting. On this occasion, Yugandhar inaugurated and released the HRD training calendar brochure for the current financial year, ‘Aapka Prashikshan Aapke Dwar’.
Yugandhar in his address appreciated the directness of the union members in expressing their views. He further urged the members for extending suggestions aimed at improving the performance of the unit.
He also said that BHEl, Bhopal plant belongs to all and working in tandem with all, will only bring laurel to the organisation targeted towards continuous growth.
Earlier, General Manager - HR PK Goyal welcomed all the members of the committee. The meeting followed presentations given by General Mangers on their respective products’, present progress, challenges and new initiatives taken to meet the challenges.
During the meeting the union members expressed their views, suggestions for improvements on various issues pertaining to shop floor, production processes, quality, and services.
They gave full assurance of unconditional cooperation and support to the management for meeting the targets of the unit for the financial year 2015-16.
