Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated today at BHEl, Bhopal with traditional zeal and fervour. Along with the puja, tableaus were prepared in 20 different locations of various blocks based on quality excellence, environment conservation and safety. Beside employees, the family members of the employees also took active participation in the puja.
Executive Director, BHEl-Bhopal Shashi Ranjan Prasad; President, BHECNIS –General Manager Dheeman Sen; Vice-President- BHECNIS DK Thakur; Alok Kumar Chaturvedi, Additional General Manager, P≺ BK Singh, Secretary, BHECNIS other officials and members of the jury visited various tableaus in different blocks and simultaneously offered prayers. Prasad congratulating the employees on Vishwakarma Jayanti said that the slated production target needs to be achieved with same enthusiasm and excitement.
On this occasion, Prasad along with President BHEl ladies Club Neelima Prasad offered puja at Technical centre. All members of ladies club were present on this occasion.
The jury members comprising of General manager Dinesh Kumar, R Minj, DD Pathak, M Haldar, all General Managers and BK Singh, AGM decided to award the following tableaus:-
r In Product Group category TGM won the 1st prize, FMM-2nd prize, 3rd-Electrical Machine and consolation prize went to Swarna Jayanti Block & Water Turbine, while the special award was presented to CIM Group.
r In Services Group category HRD won the 1st prize, TSD-2nd prize, WEX, Maintenance Block bagged the 3rd prize and the consolation prize went to CDC.
r In 5S category TCB Insulation won the 1st prize, CIM- 2nd prize, Swarna Jayanti-3rd , FEX- consolation and PRM won the special prize.
