“It has often been seen that while driving we keep on blowing horn whereas it is not required; especially the youngsters blow horn unnecessarily causing uneasiness and unrest among others moving on the road. This practice should be avoided as others moving on the road are also driving and they would certainly give way for those who are in hurry,” Nadvi added.
