The MoMo Cafe at Courtyard by Marriott is to host Street Food of Asia Food Festival from October 23 to November 1.
The festival promises to take Bhopalites on an amazing culinary journey from Sri lanka, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Malaysia to India without stepping out of Bhopal, everyday from 7 pm to 11 pm.
While talking to media persons regarding Asian Street Food Festival, Hotel Executive Chef Ajay Chaudhary, said that the emphasis of the food festival will be on the variety of flavours throughout the Asian streets which flows through different cultures. Also, the live food counters will add the ultimate 'tadka' to the street food cuisine.
"The special from this festival include selected vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods easily found in the street of Asian nations like Sri lanka, India, China, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia; so on that reflects our food habits and taste palette which is known throughout the world," said Chaudhary.
The Street Food of Asia Food Festival, one of the first of its kind in Bhopal, will offer a wide range of street food to the guests. Soft, succulent and easy on the pocket- Momos are the staple of the streets for the school and college-goers. These fluffy, light balls of dough with various mouth-watering chutneys and flavours will be available in wide variety at the live food counter as well as buffet option during the festival.
The list of signature dishes includes the street flavours from the various south Asian countries.
