Failing to produce charge sheet against four SIMI prisoners by MP ATS , Supreme Court granted bail to the prisoners on Thursday; accused are serving jail with 28 SIMI prisoners at Bhopal central jail.
The four Siddiqui, Ismail Mashalkar, Umar Dandoti and Irfan who were accused of helping SIMI activities who escaped in October 2013 from Khandwa jail. In the year 2013 at Khandwa jail 7 SIMI activities escaped prison after attacking jail warder with a sharp edged weapon.
The four were benefitted of bail due to not presenting of the charge sheet on time by the investigating agency MP ATS.
