The woman, who has been accused of blackmail by Police Inspector Rajkumar Kunsaria at Ayodhya Nagar police station in Bhopal, is claiming herself to be a rape victim.
She has complained about the misbehavior with her to various officials including the Police Commissioner. She had been making continuous efforts for the last three years to register the case.
A copy of the old complaints and TI's video have been made public on behalf of the victim. In all these videos, TI, who claims to be the victim, and the victim are seen talking on video call. In many videos, the station in-charge is seen doing objectionable acts. However these alleged viral videos cannot be confirmed.
In her complaint the accused stated that she used to run a dhaba in Ayodhya bypass in 2019. Rajkumar Kunsaria was posted as SI in Ayodhya police station. One day he came to the hotel and later he started coming every day. Because the victim separated from husband. Kunsaria offered support. They started to live in live-in arrangement as he used to say that his wife has filed a case of dowry harassment against him and he never wants to be with him again. We will divorce him soon and live together she trusted him. and had physical relations several times.
He was promoted in 2021 and moved to PTS but he do not took victim with him. Later he stopped talking
The victim lodged complaints with Mahila police and other police stations but nothing happened.
Regarding the matter, ACP Akshay Chaudhary said that the matter was investigated by the Crime Branch. Rajkumar Kunsaria's allegations were found true in the investigation. Its report was given by the Crime Branch in the police station. An FIR has been registered against the woman. The accused woman has not been arrested yet.
