A disturbing case of molestation, assault, and exploitation involving a 10th-grade student from Aishbagh, Bhopal, has surfaced.
The accused, Aman Yadav, a resident of Jehangirabad, allegedly coerced the 15-year-old girl into sharing personal photos and later sent them to her mother when she distanced herself from him. Two days ago, he reportedly assaulted her physically.
According to the Aishbagh police, the girl and Aman were friends and communicated via mobile phone. When her family learned of the friendship, they instructed her to end contact, which she did.
However, Aman lured her with a mobile phone, insisting she use it to stay in touch. He later demanded nude photos, threatening to expose her secret phone use to her family. Frightened, the girl complied, and Aman subsequently sent the photos to her mother.
The girl’s family confronted Aman, warning him to stay away. Despite this, he encountered the girl two days ago while she was heading to a playground, where he molested and assaulted her.
Following the complaint, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act, along with charges of molestation and assault, and have started an investigation.
