Taking forward the series of social outreach camp activities, AIIMS Bhopal organized another health camp under the joint aegis of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services. Under the guidance of Executive Director AIIMS Bhopal, Prof (Dr) Ajai Singh and the leadership of Dr. Ashwani Tandon, Associate Dean (Academics), a team of doctors from different departments of AIIMS organized this camp at Idgah Hills and examined the patients.
In this camp, after the registration of patients, general and specialist medical consultation was provided and about 175 patients were examined and medicines were distributed. Along with this, all the patients were also given training on hand washing, daily hygiene, teeth cleaning/oral hygiene, etc. In the camp, patients related to Gastro-intestinal, urinary, neurological, dental/oral, ENT, joint disorders, malnutrition related and dermatological patients were specially examined.
In this health camp, Dr. Anjan Sahu (ENT Department), Dr. Anshul Rai (Department of Dentistry), Dr. Ashish Dixit (AYUSH Department), Dr. Ananthakrishnan M (Community and Family Medicine Department), Dr. Seenam Shaikh Hanafi (Department of Pediatrics), and Dr. Sri Nivetha T (Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics) contributed.
