Under Medi-Caps University, Indore, monthly training on Agriculture Based Entrepreneurship for 8th semester students of Bachelor of Agriculture course started in collaboration with Pratham Organics Simrol. In this, 76 students from Medi-Caps University of Agriculture Faculty participated under the guidance of Shivpal Singh and Suresh Barde Assistant Professor.
During the training, VS Pal, Coordinator of Pratham Organics Simrol, trained the students about self-employment research activities. On this occasion the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Dr. S.D. Upadhyay said that through this type of training, the students will get guidance in setting up self-employment in future, so that they will be able to earn their livelihood as well as become job providers. The students present in the training stressed on organizing more such trainings.
The Vice Chancellor of the Medi-Caps University Prof.(Dr) D.K. Patnaik and Registrar Dr. Ankur Saxena appreciated the efforts of Agriculture Faculty for skill development of Medi-Caps University and stressed on organizing more trainings in future. The Head of the Department of Agriculture, Dr. Kundan Singh told that this monthly training will be completed on March 01, 2022.
