An accused in the Police Constable Recruitment (second) - 2013 Yogesh Kumar was produced in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Pankaj Singh Maheswari and was sent under police custody till September 20, 2014. Yogesh Kumar of Alwar, Rajasthan, wanted in Police Constable Recruitment (second)-2013 was nabbed from Delhi after a long search.
The accused appeared in the written examination in place of another candidate and cleared the examination when his name surfaced in the investigation he went missing. A case under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) and 3 (C) of MP. Manyata Prapt Pariksha Adhiniyam, 1937 was registered by the STF and the search for the accused was started but failed to find him.
When the STF was not able to find Yogesh Kumar a cash reward of Rs 3000 was declared on his head by Additional Director of Police Madhya Pradesh STF and later he was arrested from Delhi. The accused hails from Alwar and it is possible that vital information of network and links of ‘scorer’ would be revealed.
