Baghsewania police have nabbed an absconding criminal who was wanted in a case of rape, crime was committed three years ago and remained absconding for past three years, accused was carrying Rs 5000.
Police arrested Prithvi Sharma who was booked under sections 376, 419, 420, 384, and 506 of the IPC.
Absconding for the last 3 years Prithvi a resident of Vidisha was arrested after receiving information of his whereabouts.
The accused was booked for sexual assault and fraud by the police. During the investigation, police would investigate crime committed by accused during the period he remained absconding.
Meanwhile, Govindpura police have arrested absconding for 12 years in rape and fraud case, accused was produced in court after arrested by police. Under the direction of senior officers for the prevention of crimes and the arrest of the absconding accused, Govindpura police has arrested a criminal who was absconding for 12 years and who was carrying a reward of Rs 10000.
The accused identified as Dinesh Singh Kaithwas was arrested for sections 363, 366, 376 and 376(2) of the IPC and was booked by Govindpura police.
