Talented and enthusiastic youngsters of the city would be allowed to showcase their talent at a grand cultural fest that will be organised by the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) for the talented youngsters aspiring to make a career in the entertainment industry.
Audition for the same was organised at C-21 Mall here on Sunday through which the youngsters showcased their talent. Notably, Miss India 2013 Gurleen Grewal was present as the special guest for the programme.Amit Kumar, the organizer of the programme said, “Today the youngsters are equally involved with the extracurricular activities and are also giving equal preference to their hobbies next to their studies. May it be dance, singing or acting, the youngsters today are much enthusiast about their extracurricular skills.”
Notably, IISER organizes this fest every year to give an opportunity to the talented youngsters to come on the stage and face the crowd. The event will be organised on October 17 which would continue till October 19.
With an aim to motivate the youngsters to make a stable career connected to their hobbies, this programme would give them a chance to open up to the world and showcase what is so unique in them. The aspiring actors, singers and dancers of the city showcased a wonderful performance at the auditions. Further, the youngsters of the city gave the auditions with a lot of enthusiasm. The candidates gave their best performance before the judges and they were overwhelmed with the performances of the participants. Notably, the participants are being examined particularly on look test and dialogue test and body language.
Further, 20 participants in each category will be selected including singing and dancing, further the selected participants will perform in finale and the winners will be awarded. The winners of the fest will also get a chance to perform in ‘Enthuzia Concert’. The students from schools and colleges of the city participated in the auditions.
