With the blessings of Sant Hirdaram Sahib, 58 patients have been operated upon in 76th free urology camp held at Sant Hirdaram Nagar on Monday.
Over 700 patients came and consulted the doctors. Of these, 160 patients identified for surgeries of various ailments of their urinary obstructions. Rest of the patients were diagnosed and given treatment including free medicines. Siddh bhauji visited in the camp on Monday and talked to the patients and enquired about their well-being and health conditions.
Siddh bhauji encouraged the volunteers and reminded them that Sant Hirdaram Sahib in his life time taught us to serve old infirm and sick. Serving weak people is equal to worshipping God in true sense. Siddh bhauji told the surgery of urinary obstruction ailment is quite sensitive. Post operative care of the patients should be done very carefully.
Therefore the role of the volunteers is equally important as doctors. Siddh bhauji took an account of engaging employees for the purpose. He saw the distribution system of medicines from pharmacy, quality of food being provided, up keeping of record of investigation reports of the patients.
